But I also agree that generally it's an absolutely wicked challenge to keep the attention beyond a funny noisy bit. "Real-time" formats (workshops, live presentations, firesides etc) are precious in that sense - there is a mutual commitment to "be there" beforehand, so you have a higher chance of getting something longer and more nuanced across, while async content is often consumed in glimpses, in procrastination mode, on the go. I wish I had a solution, but edutainment (which I think refers to way of consuming more than the type of content consumed) has played a real number on everyone's expectations.

Apart from conversations and podcast, do the new oh so talked about AI tools of today help you create perhaps engaging content? Have you tried that? We find the same challenges in engaging people with the content in this publication, for example. People love the 10-second videos, but do not always get to the full hour episodes or read to the end of an article! Challenging times in terms of getting people's attention on important insights and not just on the noisy fun stuff.
