For the first time in Estonia, we are conducting a product management function research study to map out the practices and challenges among local product people.

Study of Estonian Product Management Practices

We are conducting a survey to understand the maturity level of product management function in different companies and the practices that local companies are applying.

The plan is to conduct similar research annually to see if and how certain trends and product management challenges change.

We welcome responses to the questionnaire from product managers as well as others closely involved with product management functions (e.g., designers, developers, analysts, etc.).

The survey is anonymous. We are not mapping the level of product management per company but rather to get a general overview.

Publication of the results

We will make the survey results available to all respondents. Thus, by contributing your answers, everyone will gain a little more insight into product management practices in other companies.

You can respond to the survey until June 20th, and we will summarize the results at the beginning of July.

Topics you want to learn more about on our Substack channel

In addition to mapping the product management discipline among local product managers, we are also investigating in the questionnaire which topics you would like to read about in our Substack channel in the future.

Since the beginning of April we have been publishing product management content weekly under tpg.ee.  So far, our content has been relatively random, based on topics that interest us as authors. 

To provide even more value to local product people, we are conducting a survey on the content you would like to consume more.
