Enjoyed your brief touch of Cagan which I am truly just tired of...If the way he talks is as if he is talking to exec level then WHY IS HE TALKING LIKE THIS TO THE PUBLIC!? The effect is that you have all this product people FAR from exec level acting as if they were. It creates so much arrogance -which I find him to be very much!- and conversations instead of being curious and productive are like pissing contests...
Also love the secretary warning! How a founder hiring a PM can turn into having a very fancy secretary if there is no clear readiness to give up or separate clearly the responsibilities.
