It was my pleasure to be a guest in this podcast!

I believe the topic is extremely important because everything starts from the top and making a clear decision on what type of tech company is chosen, helps to be more effective in smaller decisions.

If you mix and match everything, then eventually it can cause so much chaos.

It's like in leadership generally - choose your style and stick to it. There is no right or wrong.

Unfortunately there is still so much unawareness of what are the optiond for building tech orgs.

I completely agree with you; when there is clarity in goals and strategic direction, it's much easier to work as a product manager. It doesn't matter which product management model is used in this regard.

I saw the picture you shared on LinkedIn about the pros and cons of different models. Would you be willing to share it here as well for this post? It would fit the context very well and complement the discussed content.
